When this website is accessed, the hosting server processes technically required data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver and secure the website and to detect misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The website records aggregated usage data for operation and improvement, including page views, approximate visit duration and the use of the gallery, radio and TrailerMachine playlists. No full IP address is stored in the statistics. A randomly generated identifier is held only in the browser session so repeated events can be grouped; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Access to session storage is based on Section 25(2) TDDDG because it is used only for the requested website operation and its security.
The protected admin area uses a technically necessary session cookie. The public pixel scene uses self-hosted scripts, PHP endpoints and a service worker. Browser Cache Storage may retain local copies so the installable web app can load reliably. These functions are not used for advertising profiles.
The TV area does not load YouTube content automatically. Only after you actively switch on the TV does the local TrailerMachine application load the YouTube iframe player. From that moment, data such as the IP address, device and browser information and usage data may be transmitted to Google/YouTube. Processing in third countries, particularly the United States, cannot be ruled out. Please use the TV feature only if you want this third-party content to be loaded.
Standard links to 13delusions.com, PayPal and Buy Me a Coffee transmit data only after you click them. Other recipients are the hosting provider and, after TV activation, Google/YouTube. Technical logs are retained only as long as required for secure operation. Aggregated internal statistics are regularly limited and old session identifiers are removed after 90 days.
